I get layed bad from my profession right after I moved into my spanking new apartment.?

I had newly moved in beside first last and payment and then lost my work which caused me to be delayed the following month. I still paid but around a week late samething happend the following month, but it still be late. I explain my situation to my proprietor and assured her she'd still get her money every month. She thought it be an excuse and threatened to evict me and told me that she will not be renewing my lease next year. Anyway I found a unmarked job and am in a minute paying on time after 4 consistent months of delayed payments due to no job (borrowed from parents + export tax money) My question is, how can I achieve her to to consider to renewing my lease when it is up? It seems approaching she has tried everything to catch me to leave willfully. I really want to stay for a few years. Any design?


Answers:    Continue to pay on the dot and if at all possible try to return with ahead, and never give her a common sense to come to your apartment with any complaints from other tenant. If something breaks and is not costly fix it yourself. You have to waste her with thoughtfulness, find out when her b-day is and send her a card or buy her a house plant.

You want to show her you are a nice gut and an asset to be in attendance. And if you missed the b-day well tender to help around the building if you own extra time on your hands or be the son she never have and always wish she did.
