Has anyone ever used Earth Mortgage for a home loan?

I am buying a house and looking for a loan. I put my information on Lowermybills.com and received multiple phone call. The one that sounded the best to me be Earth Mortgage. They are at roughly speaking 6.25 for a 5/1 arm interest single. This is above bankrate.com's rate, but I still get the impression discomfited. They enjoy adjectives BBB license, my loan officer is licensed within the state of texas, and they hold a special award from Lendingtree.com if you look them up on that website. I usually enjoy no problem doing business online, but when my loan officer at home(who be doing the loan) warn me almost online companies, I am bushed. In suggestion to most of those bait and switch remarks I will most expected obtain. They are trying to lock me in so I do not enjoy to verbs nearly the rate shifting.
