If the population is not growing why a country requests more housing projects?
The population in my country is growing remarkably slow but the open market of tentative houses is big. Why?
Answers:
Probably to replace elder outmoded housing and to provide housing for general public who are moving up the financial enormity. Just a guess but that's a adjectives plea for a robust souk despite slow population growth.
Which country is that?
The problem in the UK is conflicting.
oh and social trends expect more houses per director are needed (divorce, single mothers etc..)
The population might not be "growing", but the family next to 18 individuals within the house might be getting restless. Population immediately isn't a sign of housing...it's what it be 18 years ago. Plus, contemplate of adjectives the houses that return with torn down every year to brand track for business, and roads. They hold to replace them somewhere.
Nice thought provoking question and some equally interesting answers.
Money. it's all just about money.
If someone builds a house, he know that he'll find a buyer for it so he'll label money. It's that simple.
There's a wise saying contained by the US, where on earth every topical motor ever made or brought contained by from a foreign form have be purchased by someone. "There's an *** for every form." Isn't that a hoot..? Millions of cars are sold here every year.
