Legal ask: Water wrong rental apartment?
2-3 month ago I notice that the hot wet faucet (tub) of the shower of my rented apartment is leak for a time. I didn't take-home pay attention to it for 2 months, after I tried to connect the faucet tighter, but the leak unhurriedly get worse. About 10 days ago, I call my tenant and said: ' The hot wet faucet of the shower is leak, steam is spreading throughout the apartment and it might do prejudice.' He said he will do something. But after that I hadn't hear anything for 10 days, steam penetrates the integral apartment and is doing pull to the washroom, the apartment and my belongings, so I call him yesterday again, he agreed to come by, thinking he could fix it himself next to his tools. When he come he get a shock, turns out he tought it be the faucet of the sink, not the shower tub. He accuse me of not recounting how discouraging it be and that I should enjoy notify him 2 months ago when the
leak begin and I am to blame because I used the word 'faucet' instead of 'tub'. Who is right ?

Get documentation NOW that you did at smallest take home the bid so that puts more of the burden against them to follow through .
And subsequent time , find against top of it sooner and telephone day after day to follow up by when their ETA is for repairs .
