The best nouns if unequivocally Christchurch - simply announced within a survey today. Not sure on a worst nouns but I be hoping to investigate soon as I be looking for a livelihood contained by that nouns. Poole is nice too. Long time ago I stayed surrounded by Ferndown for a while. Just looking round even the nouns by the airport looked not too bleak, especially to the West.
Mind the Hampshire / Dorset border rank. I reflect on the council rates is a bit different any side of the chain.

I be at uni nearby. The dodgy bit be up by the railway station. There be another bit merely north of the Triangle to the Swallow hotel that wasn't great, but I lived at hand for 9 months and never in actual fact saw any trouble.
The uni be contained by Wallisdown and students lived here, charminster roundabout and contained by lots of the roads near 5 storey B&Bs near no parking over the low season. Southbourne be also rather run down.
You might obtain clap contained by the central part immediately as it have become a bit of a hot spot for stag do's.
Most of it is pretty nice, next to school doing okay too.
Dificult to point out honourable areas as it depends on your budget, and lifestyle, but in that are some lovely ones.
