Financing company removed themselves from Ch.13?
They said we haven't remunerated them since june 06. We own adjectives sum stubs. We faxed them to our attorney and they still won't lend a hand us. Now our mortgage company won't bid us put money on. When we give the name them we seize sucked into some loop after to a voicemail. It's be 5 days of us calling and no return call from them or attorney. Attorney say we own to work near mortgage and they won't oblige. What do we do?

Call your states attorney's organization and directory a formal complaint. They don't want anymore trouble next to mortgage companies and they are putting their foot down on most of them. Do it Monday, don't dawdle until you attain a foreclosure consideration.
