Own survey report?

I'm thinking of contacting and have my own survey and valuation contained by more detail, of what work would be needed done etc and roughly the costs. So I can flatten the submit price down, or it's too much work consequently repeal from the Dutch auction.
How much roughly am I looking for such a report, I live in Wales.

Hi me again - it have be a few years since I worked for Surveyors but their prices oscillate - for your situation I would ask for the subsequent ascend up to a valuation report but not the full extensive report as any chief problem would enjoy be picked up even on the valuation report - I forget what they christen this survey - without a doubt respectively surveyor would call for it something differerent anyway !
