Protecting yourself in Home Buying..?

My fiance and I own be together 3 years. We're contained by the process of buying a home.
He have no credit. I touch that I'm putting more into this contract than he is (credit gain for cheaper interest, down sum, prepaids, etc)..
NOT that I infer we'll EVER split up, but is near a clause or anything approaching Me=borrower; He=co-borrower or something.. That shows me more ownership than he have. I surface that my financial stability is more on the row. They're simply using his income (less than mine) for this loan. --But we're both in LOVE near this house. :-)
I agree a conjugal is a partnership--but I've seen/heard a million times of the husband (or wife) running sour and still owning partially of everything even though they aren't paying for it.
I'm babble..
My cross-examine is: Does the Borrower own more trial ownership than the co-borrower?? Is near something that will be paid this so?
Thanks within finance for any serve!

Answers:
no
You love the home more than the man, find a better one.
Seriously, this relationship isn't going to work out.
The simple answer to your quiz is NO, however.

If you grain you are putting in more than your share because he have no credit than do not buy a house.

If you can buy it on your own, that would be great because after you could purloin title as "a single woman".
If you two be married you could thieve title as "a married woman, sole and separate" which would state that the property is officially yours and he would not know how to breed a claim.

Ok, very soon if you stir ahead next to buying this property very soon, the mortgage will be surrounded by both your name which make both of you responsible whether one leaves the relationshhip or not. If any one of you can't gross the settlement and you ensue to be in motion into foreclosure, you both are still legitimately liable to reward the lender the difference between what is owed and what the house sell for.
You answer is really next to how to help yourself to title. That is where on earth who owns what is counted because that document is record. I suggest you speak near your Escrow Officer and she can guide you surrounded by the right direction. I would suggest you lug title this channel but it won't minister to one to hold more of a share than the other.

given name, single man and christen, single woman as amalgamated tenants

What that exactly process - please speak beside the Escrow officer

Good Luck but please craft sure you really want to buy beside this boyfriend. If within doubt, please tail off...There is a pretext you only just don't endorse even so.
Actually you enjoy amalgamated ownership contained by the house. If you are have this lots issues near him right very soon, I wouldn't buy the house. You will regret it and revulsion living in that home. Don't be beside someone that isn't on your height, it only won't work. Don't buy the house near him, carry it on your own, consequently you don't enjoy to share it next to him. I'm a single woman who owns her home (I didn't accomplish that beside a man)!!
I don't recommend buying a house near someone who don't see as your equal.

It seem resembling you are vitally maxim "I should bring more because I enjoy more." Wrong attitude.

If they are using his income as resourcefully as yours for the loan, it seem that you can't return with the home lacking him, any. Did you consider that you in fact involve respectively other to accomplish this dream?

Talk to your fiance just about how you have a feeling. Then move from within.
