Looking for cheap property in NH or Maine? For cottage- want lots of tree and no nation!?

Any suggestion on where on earth to look. I own be questioning on the internet but you want zipcodes or towns. Looking for an outdated house or cottage for a break home. within a inexpensive nouns surrounded by New England.

I love the B&B in North Conway, NH (zip 03860) and Campton, NH 03223. They are fairly possible and totally gorgeaeous.
