Tenant requirements lease extended for another 10 months. Do I income commission again to the Real Estate Agent?
Lease be for 2 years and I salaried my legitimate estate agent 6%. Agent split the commission near the agent of the tenant. Tenant wishes to extend the lease for another 10 months. Are at hand commissions to be given to my productive agent or the tenant agent. Thanks.

I believe commissions rewarded to the realtors are for finding you your tenant. You should review your contract next to your agent, but I don't devise you (or the tenant) fees settle again to the agents.
