I'm writing a housing almanac for my house, as an experiment to do that for rental properties I intend to buy latter. So I want to know, and don't be afraid to provide me long answers, only just what a tenant desires to know in the region of the house they rent.
I'm looking for tenant who are _almost_ homeowners, and who own no beef near doing most things themselves.

-Where can I find the closest drugstore, grocery store, servces etc.
-What clearance do you adopt (cash merely or cheques only)
-When will you deposit the cheques (my innkeeper take WAY too much time and it stresses me out!)
