KB Homes Reputation??
Has anyone have experience near this builder?? Thinking of buying a home through them, not sure where on earth, any within Texas or FL most potential, anyone enjoy any experiences and how can they build alien houses near a 10 year warranty for so much smaller amount than other builders??

particular for low wrapping up homes, their term used to be Kaufman and Broad, and changed their mark to KB homes, or KB builders, they needed to start building difficult talent homes, i couldn't update you if they suceeded,pretty much adjectives builders proposition a 10 home warranty with the sole purpose on the sturcture itself.
No, don't do it. They build fundamentally cheap houses, they are one of the cheapest builders out here. I would never buy one of them.
