Section 8. Tenant terminate lease ask?

PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY ARE LANDLORDS/WITH THE HOUSING/OR TENANTS ON SECTION 8 ONLY PLEASE.

If anyone know, Id appreciate some help out. I cant give the name my local housing authority until Tuesday.

If you enjoy a mobile voucher, that allows you to rent within privately owned homes anywhere contained by your state, and want to cancel the lease, will you loose the voucher? It say you can end if both tenant and tenant agree, but it doesnt influence whether you would loose the voucher or not?

I presume it depends on the situation. Is this the first time you're terminate the lease? If you abandon the lease and the proprietor get a shrewdness against you (for terminate the lease), the Housing Authority could use that ruling to stop midstream your voucher (you're not following the rules of the program).
