Any one know where on earth I can rent apartment or house surrounded by indianapolis where on earth they will not run a credit check?

Try a small house. Most landlords that rent out their own properties do not do credit checks. They may appointment your reference though. Clean up your credit, it is so far-reaching.
anyone who expects money from you on a timely spring will run one, and you should expect that.
Maybe relatives won't.
