I craft $28,000 as an accountant within Salt Lake City and con not afford to live here anymore. With average rents reaching over $1000 and the average home in a "unpromising area" is $180,000, I can't afford to buy any.
I obligation to find a city that have better foot and lower housing prices. It must be child friendly (activities, parks, etc) and I would really resembling it to own little league or some other squad sport for youths. There is zilch worse than a group of bored childish general public. Any philosophy?

below 100,000 population
in close proximity mountains/water for activities
accurate school (IBO program desirable)
low crime rate
low housing prices
NO dual-immersion programs (that is a big problem here)
practical a VA hospital (for relative that will be moving too)

Away from the City of Cape Coral and more rural but everything what big Cities hold to submit right surrounded by front ot the door(: Good Schools no problem, Housing prices are pretty low, little league and focal league Baseball, several Foot Ball parks, Edison College, VA Clinic, Ocean, Fresh Water Lakes and Sun on 360 days a year - no mountains so
i enjoy relatives who live contained by Austin, MN.do some research on that.it is a small town in minnesota...close at hand (50 miles or so) adjectives.Rochester MN is approx 50 miles from at hand.
i live contained by california---don't come here.extraordinarily big, lots of nation and cost of living elevated..

I know this may nouns crazy, but a suburb of Houston, Texas is wonderful. The smaller towns own that small town have a feeling although not close to mountains, it is close to dampen. The housing is among the cheapest in the country. Houston have one of the largest VA hospitals. Lots of squad sports at school as all right as community ones. And, your remuneration would be better. Stay surrounded by an nouns specifically considered 'outside the loop', which is a road call 610 that circles the city. Inside that the prices are glorious, but outside is cheaper, safer, etc.
