Location codes for room locations in a house?

I enjoy a sheet on a home for public sale. In the size listings of the rooms nouns different rooms own different location "codes" and later the size. Such as, Kitchen, 1C, 9x13... Family room, 1HW, 9x12. bedroom, 2W, 10x17. bedroom, 2C, 8x20. What does this miserable. Thanks!

Not sure roughly adjectives of them 1HW may be one giant skylight.
2W is probably 2 window, 2C probably 2 closets. Someone within concrete estate can probably answer this pretty slickly. Anyone out in attendance?
