we currently live in an apartment in north hollywood.
We be told that the apartment is for rent for a price of 585 studio type beside utilities close to power, gas and river already included. these long-gone few weeks it have become too hot to live within the apartment making it unfit for me and my brother and possibly hazardous to vigour as we I don`t know prone to dehydration or others. the warmth outside these previous week have be 105 F and inside it is even hotter. we cannot even sleep at dark properly because it is so hot. so, we approved to purchase an nouns condition but the proprietor told us that since our utilities are free we cannot join an nouns conditioner lacking the approval of the owner. is this without fault legalized? aren't we allowed to own an nouns conditioner? it seem impossible for us to tolerate this anymore since it have become extremely hot at present. to put a cherry higher than everything else the power regularly times trips or shuts bad the coordinator tols us that it is because of overloading aid!
