Would you buy this house?
We are thinking something like buying this exquisite 1880 Victorian home. We would live contained by it, not rent it out. We can wage for it outright but it requirements some work. It have a alien roof but wants a untried paint post which is mucho work. The mechanicals are updated but the interior is repugnant. Wallpaper requirements to be torn stale, hearth rug removed, floors refinished, ect. The "bones" of the house appear contained by correct shape. Yes after inspections and a network sheet from the REALTOR. You haven't said where on earth it's located so it's firm to read out for sure.
