My husband and I own be renting this condo for 2 years in a minute, just now NEW buyers purchase the element below us.

The alien buyers below us are creating such a hassel for us. They own of late closed escrow on the 30th of July - and hold already complained to the HOA rep that we are loud and blast our music to 3 in the morning (not true). Anyway, they even complained to our rental department. We are great tenant, own have no complaints- and I regard these populace are harrassing us, bang on their ceiling when we see movies surrounded by the middle of the light of day. They might even enjoy some drug addiction going on - we own spoken beside them twice and both times the owner have slurred her words and have seem "out of it" Help us!

You may ponder going on for calling the police or the property arranger to at least possible start the process of documenting everything. You must document everything to protect yourself. You may want to see if at hand is another condo within like complex specifically for rent. Nothing is worth dealing near neighbors resembling that and it seem they won't be going anywhere anytime soon. The police is probably your best bet. Calling the property chief can be adjectives (just to hold it on record), but they really can't bring back involved in neighbor disputes.
They own, you rent.. they hold the ascendancy within this. Either get hold of a mortgage or move. You aren't going to win a clash within this situation.
Yahoo can't relieve you near this, but the local authorities can. Report suspicious hum at once!
dont know how right you are at one chicken-sh*t, but its time to set them up, and enjoy the mgr. stop by to see the truth..or move.
