How much does it cost to win utilities turned on surrounded by an apartment?
Moving to Tennessee and need a rough estimate of the price for turning on the utilities. It's my first place on my own and I own no hypothesis.

How much it costs, though, is another story. It really depends on your utility board. Call up the board where on earth you're moving to and they should be capable of report to you.

Now if you want cable/satellite or a home phone, those places may want you to pay envelope the first months bill up to that time they turn you on, most cable and phone companies own free installation.
I don't know if it would be equal but.. I live surrounded by the SF EastBay, CA and it cost me nil. Later when I changed address they charged me $121. as a deposit.?

A lot of companies hold a website you can log onto and put them within your entitle. Any extra utilities, i.e. - cable or phone, will probably cost you something at set up or turn on, but most hold deal that gather you a moment or two on up front costs.
