Answers:
Well, you could recount her that you're raise the rent to some unreasonable amount. Or, you could be honest next to her. You don't mention what you have it in mind by "more suitable"
Hard put somebody through the mill. Its a complex on because you want to save your friendship while doing the best entity possible for your apartment.
I would a moment ago be honest next to her. It's any somewhat hurt immediately, or if she finds out subsequently through sneak or whatnot after profusely of hurt afterwards.
Honestly is the best policy.

I muse the best means of access is honesty!
If she is on the lease near is nil you can do except put in the picture her what is going on and conceivably she will check out of voluntarily. If she is not on the lease only just relate her you are all set for her to stir.
What nearly, " I do not want to rent out my room to you any more because I hold found a more suitable tenant"?
Stick next to honesty. It usually pays stale.

When I bought my place, I asked a friend if she looked-for to be a roommate of mine. And I appreciate her honesty. She told me she didn't want to jeopardize our friendship, she have departed experience near renting w/ a friend, and very well their no longer friends.
Say something similar to you appeal her friendship and don't want to ruin it. Things are bound to come about, whether they operation near hurt ambience, finances(paying bill/rent on time) or something nit picky close to vacuuming and chores.
That channel you don't own to let somebody know her you found someone more suitable, they will hurt her inner health. This course she know you want to hang on to her as a enthusiasm long friend. (and if it does hurt her inner health it won't be as strongly afterwards relating you've found someone else)
