Life in bedford?
I enjoy posted like peas in a pod request for information just about Peterborough since I must trademark up my mind on which one of the two towns I should be in motion and live within. since I tend to use more words than others, please read the resourceful sound out and apply it to Bedford:

My sister have only just moved to bedford and apart from it man a vastly small town near not much todp the cost of renting/buying is thoroughly large for the standard of living it provides.
I'd walk to Peterborough mate more to do
I can't compare to peterborough as I don't know it all right, but I live close to Bedford and move about at hand shopping most Saturdays.
Renting is comparatively expensive, budge to www.ukpropertyshop.co.uk and type bedford to find average prices.
There are slightly a few shops, but as they articulate above within's not as plentiful as peterborough, but definitly adequate to save you going, and its a short bus/car ride to Milton Keynes.
Bedford is especially Polish and Asian if that make any difference to you.
The place within standard isn't really uncongenial, I surface risk-free going within.
When it comes to living here, in that are definitly places I'd avoid, but that's alike as most towns.
Have you thought of living in one of the surrounding village?
I know both towns (having lived in Cambridge until recently) and I would progress for Bedford. Its an elder, more historic place, and, although within is smaller number to do, you are to hand MK and on the intertwine roads to the midlands.
Both towns are reasonably multi cultural, near profusely of Italians contained by Bedford who come at hand within the 50's to work contained by the brickworks. I would guess both places enjoy duplicate work opportunity, although Bedford is more expensive. Both own trains to London.
I live in Bedford , a nice town , nice ethnic group , not seriously of shops , but dictum that , in attendance are satisfactory
As for housing , private renting is ok , if you find yourself a honest landlord
As for landlords , if you do settle on to move to Bedford avoid these , Mr H. Lal , Mr S. Flora and Mr D. Flora as these landlords should not be allowed to be landlords
