Re-finance mess up.?

I've get a duplex which I re-financed ultimate year, the house I live within accidentally get salaried for and the duplex have two mortgages on it. I know I could juggle the two for a while financially, until I sold the duplex however its be over a year and I can't put up for sale it for assessed efficacy, I can't do a short public sale because two different mortgage companies hold similar investments in it and I can't re-finance my current home because of nouns of credit. Now I'm falling aft on taxes, utilities and other obligation. I've call the mortgage companies (AMC/Country Wide) and they utter its not their problem, procure your contribution within!
Any one near similar experience or design would be most appreciated.
