Breaking an apartment lease?

Ok, I'm moving from Knoxville, TN to Chattanooga, TN. When I give my current apartment complex my vacate consideration, they informed me that by moving into a property run by like peas in a pod supervision, I would release paying the bulk of the penelties. However, I enjoy already signed a lease at an apartment complex contained by Chattanooga. I haven't moved any of my things even so, and I don't even own key to it but any. Would I hold to rate to break that lease given that I can't even access the place however? Is it worth checking into apartments run by equal regulation I live presently? Please insist on...
