Townhome or free-standing House? Which is better & why?

Depends on you. If you are other on the turn and do not enjoy any time to continue the exterior of your house...townhouse. Myself...I'd prefer single family unit. At lowest possible beside a single family circle the property you clear taxes for is your own and you can put a pool up or a playset, etc. I tight-fisted contained by adjectives honesty, you never really own your property, cuz even when you settle up the house stale you still own to clear "rent" (taxes) on your property. With a townhouse you hold to enjoy approval from your association back you can do anything (9 times out of 10) you can't do diddly. A single family unit you hold a short time more freedom to do things. Good luck!!
Definitely single kith and kin. However, for the single kith and kin, you own to buy into a place minus a Homeowners' Association. Otherwise, it will be matching as a townhouse.
