How do i find forclosed or unadvertised properties for Dutch auction online? i live in delaware.?

I am looking to buy a house around here and i have need of cheap and something i can fix up. i am suitable beside fixing things, but i dont hold much $$$. any website or anything i could read that would back me find otherwise unfindable places to live?

well you are going to call for money to buy a foreclosure as nearby may be liens on property, it could enjoy termites, alot of structural desecrate, etc. This is not the type of investment for someone who doesn't own alot of money. What would be better is for you to find a house that someone bought and do a lease/purchase on it, possibly live surrounded by a year or two and some of your rent apply towards purchase and later you can grasp a loan and buy. Foreclosures are for professionals -- you could lose alot of money not knowing what to do. and the mortgage marketplace is not lend to race near no money right presently..
I would recommend that you find a realtor that specializes in these types of properties. If you want to do it yourself, next I would recommend that you turn down to your local county clerk's organization as foreclosures are a event of public text.
