Will I call for a guarantor?
I own found a rented flat that i'm planning on moving into at the extremity of this month. I hold view it etc, and am going in tomorrow to reward the referencing duty and protected the property. It say on the information the agent give me that a guarantor is not necessarily needed, and I'm trying to work out whether or not I will need one, as they don't notify you till after they credit check you. I am earn more than the minimum they require to rent out the flat, and can provide them near the three months clear slips and edge statements they are asking for and although I own solely of late gone full time, I own worked at alike place for 2 1/2 years and am in a minute full time. I hold a missive from my employer stating this, and giving details of my different pay. I enjoy never be within any debt, and hold a credit card, but hold other remunerated the total amount bad whenever I grasp the bill. I'm 20 and moving out of home for the first time in the UK.

just in grip .. try asking your parents to be your guarantor..if you inevitability one.. i am sure they wouldn't mind. you can ask your friend to write a mention memo. i m sure i.e. more than sufficient.
Sounds approaching you'll be a well-mannered tenant and you most plausible will not require a guarantor. Can you not ring the rental agent and cause an examination, though, only to put your mind at rest? Good luck next to it adjectives - hope you find the right place for you and settle in economically.
