If I did not sign a contract, can I still carry my protection deposit, or any money at adjectives put money on?
A freind of mine (dick) and I settled to obtain a place together and moved into mutual freinds home, and give 1st month + deposit. My freind dick soon after I moved in begin making foolish demands and rules, and call the police when I did not abide. (they laugh at him) anyways after that I be startled of what else he might do, so I like greased lightning moved my things out (the 10th of the month) after the homeowners informed me they have someone else and would offer me 1/2 rent and adjectives deposit pay for. The human being back out and not a soul have on the other hand to move surrounded by. I've call the homeowners a few times but they say aloud they'll distribute it to me when someone moves surrounded by or they capture extra money. I never signed a contract, I one and only own the check that say rent + deposit on the note pasture. (and a couple of police reports.) I'm pretty sure I'm not going to win it rear, so do I enjoy any leverance? I don't nurture give or take a few the rent- I in recent times want the deposit support. In some states its 30, others 21 and others?? check the LL/tenant law contained by your state.
If they be in motion over the waiting time for your state, you can report an aggrieves against the LL and attain 3 times the amt due you purely for not responding..and further, if the LL wishes to avoid Court, do a Monte-hall and communicate him you want adjectives rents and deps for your trouble.
