I am looking into buying a home. I ahev not owned a home for 2 and a partly years. I know in attendance is downpayment assistance for first time home buyers.so is nearby any programs or assistance for those who do not currently own a home? In California the rule is you can not hold owned or lived surrounded by a primary residence that you own for olden times three years. You can own rental properties within that time but you can not enjoy lived within it.
