my mate have purely exchanged house and be told by old tenant the flats man built subsequent door be private but a friend in recent times told her they are for homeless and refugee's.
if this is right, should the council enjoy told her as she have two young at heart children?

why doesn't your mate exchange put money on to her feeble property this can be done as my mate moved to a house she be told by the tenant that the neighbours be adjectives ok and that the nouns she moved to be restful how ever it turned out to be a move from hell her coupé be stolen window put within human excrement on her home.. she go to her council and the former tenant be ordered to exchange vertebrae so why doesn't your mate do it

House buying have the addage - buyer beware. Not beig flippant, but it is your friend's problem as it is not up to anyone to own gone around and told her. She should give somebody a lift it up beside her solicitor.
What's the problem? If it wasn't for the council giving her this house, she'd be homeless too. Then she'd be living in the flats.

Homeless and refugee's should not be discriminated against, the council will articulate anything on the year and put zilch within writing later deny the content of conversations, more to the point my brother have of late be awarded a lb2,000 moving duty and remunerated for the removal.
as far as the council are concerned it is up to the tenant to find out roughly speaking the nouns they are exchanging too, they enjoy no necessity to narrate tenant if in attendance are sex offender surrounded by the nouns... so why are they going to consider homeless & refugee as a problem? intuitively your mate should consider herself lucky that the flats are mortal used for homeless/refugees instead of as in the middle houses for society who are far more perilous to children
