FHA loan rules?

3 years ago we bought a house with an fha loan contained by my husbands name single. We are thinking of moving. Can I get an fha loan surrounded by my name for our subsequent house?

Answers:    Yes ... and ... FHA is not just for first time buyers so your husband can be on the up to date house as well as long as it will be your primary residence. I muse that is what your concern is, if I am wrong afterwards just pay no attention to me.
Yes you can, but you don't have to.

FHA loans are not purely for first-time buyers and never has be.

FHA only requires that you own only one FHA loan at a time and that it is used as your primary residence.
