Is it possible to buy/built a Canadian home near American money/loan?

Currently living in the United Sates beside apposite credit, but intend on moving to Canada and building/buying a home. Is it possible to obtain a loan from my American ridge to invest in property outside of the US? Or must I take my loan through a Canadian source when making such an investment? In which armour, will I be paying better rates because I am not currently a Canadian citizen or own credit through a Canadian wall?

Answers:
I'm an American currently living in Toronto and most probable, you will enjoy to put down 30% on the home for a Canadian wall to fund you. To my skill, within are no American bank that will allow you to put "their" money toward a Canadian home, unless it is going to be used as a rental.
Maybe, and it's a big perchance that a riskier type of lender would do it. Forget roughly national bank...

If the company does business in both countries, next yes. Otherwise you'll enjoy to return with your loan contained by Canada...
Many American bank own international branches. Just find one.

Piece of cake!
