Need Permission to Build a House! How do I carry started? Builders & Lawyers Help!?
I own a house its a pretty voluminous brick house surrounded by a fully clad frail neighborhood next to no covenants or rules. (we can hold w.e. mailboxes we want ect) Behind the house sits a partially acre of stop. Its a LITTLE soggy but not to fruitless. I would similar to to build a small house on stilts backbone in attendance to rent out. I want it to own its own utilities and its own address but the individual means of access to the house would be down the driveway I already enjoy for the first house. How would I find out if I could even build this house? Would the political affairs allow it? Would the power company and dampen company? Thanks!

You have need of to achieve a licence from your city. You can't own a differant address short sub-dividing the lot, and I can notify you right in a minute, that is to say not going to come to pass. You can't sub-divide w/o street access, a shared driveway does not cut it.
The dampen and power company will not strictness, as long as you own the receipt and repay for the services.
