Both party are lessees from matching Real Estate agency. Compliant made formerly, still vociferous. They move aluminuim chairs around on porch above our bedroom 'till long-gone midnight, every night. Sit, smoke and chat on porch 'till 2-3am surrounded by the moring, we can hear every word of hte conversations. Wearing of large heels within bathroom at 1am within the morning walking up and down, also above our bedroom. We've moved to another bedroom but the rumble are worse at hand as the chatting noise is more amplified here. Some times the chatting on the veranda is so doomed to failure that hte neighbours accross the road will cry and ask them to be inert.

This is not a concern of your lease, it's a concern of your rights as a citizen. Call the cops, not the unadulterated estate agency.

i myself would a moment ago move because they appear resembling smart alexs & they will in recent times spawn you sorrowful & its not worth it
A complaint to the police for breach of the peace will gain them a look in from the local coppers who will relate them to stfu or be arrested. End of story.
