Answers: personally i have have alot of problems with them, they charge me (every month) what they call an excessive withdrawl charge and they also charge me a excessive debit fee which the way my portrayal is set up I dont recieve paper checks I only use my debit card, I enjoy had problems using the automated transactions (over the telephone) I have have several problems, the only thing that have stopped me from changing banks is the time to do the research and find a really honest one, alot of people have recommended WaMu and Bank of America to me, so possibly check into those two. The only thing I can really explain to you is anything is better than Regions Bank
