What do you contemplate of Wells Fargo?
I personally am getting screwed by their fees ($2 every time I speak with a human on their customer service column, just one of a thousand ridiculous fees). I am trying to keep an embark on mind about things though, because most of the employees are really kind, understanding, and conscientious...it's the bigger picture that I am unhappy with. I want to hear it...the obedient, the bad, the mediocre.
Answers: Well they have some really cool services through their online bank, like the free my spending report and my savings plan. I used to dune with them and I liked have those things because it just shows where adjectives your money goes to and the my savings plan help you save up towards things you want.
So its very obedient if you want to keep on track of your money. I used to be very desperate at managing money so that helped when I was bank with them. I now sandbank with Washington Mutual.
Truth is most huge banks even well fargo do have many fees. It sounds close to you want more of a personal touch, friendly customer service, and less fees. Then I suggest a credit union contained by your area.
Credit unions enjoy generally less fees, they're much friendly, they work harder at keeping customers, their fees also tend to be less. Like an NSF fee at a credit league might be $25-28 where at a bank its going to be $38.
It might back if you signed up at wells fargo online banking, you can do closely for free with online banking, even dispatch a message to them if you have a question and they'll message you right vertebrae. That way you won't get charged for fees for everything that you do. I like their online banking website when I was their customer, it be very organized.
I think they do the fees to discourage race from calling just because there are so plentiful customers that they have to deal next to. Its good that you're trying to be positive but if they're not working for you anymore next I suggest finding a nice credit union that's going to be more helpful.
Personally, I despise Wells Fargo. They charge you for everything you do with them and my husband never had remarkably good luck when he used to have a checking portrayal with them. I used to work at a bank and I would own customers coming in and complaining about them. If I be you I would try to open an account at a smaller guard because they won't charge you for everything and they are a lot more friendly. You will get better customer service. I've be banking with them for over 10 years immediately. To my understanding the teller will charge you $2 if your examine could've been answered using the automated system. But they're always varying their policies all the time, so who knows. I dislike Wells Fargo for the constant change they make all the time. I approaching Wells Fargo because their customer service is great. But to be fair, there's something to like and dislike next to banks.. no matter what. It adjectives comes down to fine print.
I hear it's better to use Credit Unions rather than Banks.
Yeah, they're friendly but there are friendly culture elsewhere too. You should go to a credit union. i hold had both and I love the credit unions better. No stupid fees! and Super friendly! The lone downer about closing a checking account is that it make your credit score go down a short time... is it worth it? I would if I were you. our mortage is through them we have never have any problems i do not think
