I work at a very fancy restaurant in my community. I enjoy worked very hard for the company for yesteryear three years! I believe that I should get a 1.50 raise for adjectives the hard work I contribute! What is the best approach I can utilize in getting this bump up!
Answers: i'm not really sure because everyone that works doesn't think they get salaried what they deserve... just ask anyone. but if you are set on doing so, i would suggest making a plan in which you are competent to show your worth to your employer... figure out a way to say aloud that because of you, the company made x amount of dollars that they wouldn't have otherwise, or the company saved x amount because of something you did.. you are going to own to make your employer see the value of what you do which isn't going to be unproblematic
Approach your boss, and repeat again to him how long you have been working at the company. Then politely ask him if you and him/her could own a discussion on your salary. Be poilte, but don't sound wimpy. If you nouns to uncertain or scared to ask, he'll turn you down. Be respectful but assertive. Doesn't nouns like there's much future at hand. The cost of living goes up about 3% a year. When you bargain to your boss, concentrate on what you have done for the company, etc. Don't mention why you need the tilt, etc.
