I found alot of money what should i do?
i was walking homw from school and i other take the sewer to get home. but this time i be walking and i found a suitcase with 5k in it. what should i do. should ikeep it? thank you
Answers: Turn it within to your local bank or police department.
you need to turn it within to the police immediately. first off if someone lost it, you could be within trouble and have charges put against you for keeping it.
Most likely if it be in a suitcase it was for something unlawful and if someone saw you take it they could be after you.
Also, if it was iffy there is a possibility that no one will call a halt up claiming it anyway. If it is not claimed you will get to keep the money anyway and no get the impression guilty.

In all seriousness, most people would a short time ago keep the money. If you really want to do the right thing, post it surrounded by the local newspaper. Don't say you found money, basically say you found a suitcase. Have the people come by identify the contents without you letting them see it to verify it's owner.
Telling the police is ironically dumb as cops would and can confiscated for themselves.
With that kind of brass it would be wise to talk to the police. After a correct amount of time if no one claims it you get to hold on to it. Although it sounds kinda creepy and odd maybe of late see what the cops will say. If I lost that kind of currency I would be wanting someone to return it, you know do unto others and all that. No, spread the wealth. Just kid, turn it over to the Police and tell them where found it. May be a reward for it, OR whoever moved out it there is now watching you. Go police presently or better yet call them.
Put $4,000 into a Roth IRA retirement picture and spend the other $1,000. No. If this is really true ( I have my doubts) go to your local police station.
