,i want to get a dog, and its $550, .. and my mom is totally disagreeing with the model, so im going to raise $200 but seeing as theres only one vanished, i have to hurry, and if i dont get that one, i will still hold money, so anyways, any ideas?

Make a plan of all the responsibilities that you will have to do if you have the dog, write down when you will do them (before you hang with friends, previously you go to school, etc). And also put down the consequences you shall receive, if you don't follow through. Make a business plan almost.
Then find out from her the reason she doesn't want you to have the dog. Take those into consideration too. She may have a legit function for not wanting the dog.
