Answers:    Means don't spend money on things b4 you have your paycheck or by on a credit card.We live in a credit society,.everything we buy is on credit cards.We don't hold the money to pay.We pay the minimum due.With the interest on the card we are paying double if more.Credit card companies love us cause they make more money on the interest.They will find paid no matter what.So bottom stripe buy what you can afford.You have to buy the neccessities such as a car or house.Thats a given.But resembling my friend he buys a jacket or pants every week.He doesn't need adjectives that.He has more clothes than most people I know.And he pays by credit card.
In my judgment it can be like don't charge your credit card SO much if you can't pay for it. huh/
