Prepaid mastercards, u can take directly from shops for an amount of money?

Does anyone know a place where on earth I can win a prepaid master card or visa straight from the store next to an amount that I can top up instantly which works at once?

dont know going on for prepaid ones from stores but the on a daily basis mirror hold out one where on earth you can spend your money where the visa sign is shown
