i hold a client who have roomy debts - to the extent that a voluntary agreement near creditors seem unlikely to bring in sense - i've G00GLEd the problem but am singular coming up next to 'free proposal' from companies who want to market their services - voluntary agreements, conference etc.

Apparently your client simply wishes to walk to his/her local court to do this, beside no solicitors involved. It seem that the merely cost is court fees on the 3rd anniversary of account of collapse, and even those court fees may be waive if you are on income support. Sounds pretty low-cost to me.

Hope your client is OK - can't be natural to hold fatty financial burdens.
