Who of you uses a budget worksheet or spreadsheet to govern to monthly expenses? Does it really work to hold one? If yes, which one do you use? Weekly or monthly? Thanks.

It's free, jammy, and runs inside of Excel so near's zilch to install. I've tried to set my boyfriend up next to it... but he hate paperwork so he refuse to sit down and use it (even though it would single be 15 minutes a week).
