Someone used my hot carded bank card to construct two significant purchases..?
almost 60 days after the card have be cancelled. They are dictum that it wants to be investigated. Is this wall fraud. Shouldn't that card enjoy come up invalid when someone tried to use it?? Is the guard responsible for replacing this money?

If you hold proof that the card be canceled, and you didn't build the purchases, you won't be held liable for it. They may ask you for more information so they can investigate or try to confine the creature contained by the achievement, but you won't be held liable.
