The Federal Housing Administration have loan programs for first time homebuyers.
I don't know of any sort of bond. There may be some grant for lower income citizens. If you have need of a forfeit or bond to draw from into a house, possibly you should lurk until you are more financially stable.

There may be through your town's SHIP program. The housing authority can confer you more information. In my town, within is a $50,000 allow available for "workforce housing" for teacher, nurses, police and fire fighters, store clerks, etc.

Yes, nearby is. I am a mtg merchant banker surrounded by TN and THDA (Tennessee Housing and Development Agency) offer grant to assist first time home buyers next to closing costs. There are 3 different programs. I would suggest you G00GLE your state's name-------housing and nouns agency to see what programs your state offer. These are wonderful programs that plentiful folks do not know almost. Lenders hold to receive training from these state agencies to be capable of tender them. You should know how to survey on the state's website for a document of approved lenders. Good luck!!
