I am looking to apply for a secured credit card...?

Since I own impossible credit I am looking to start bad next to a secured credit card.

I don't know much roughly speaking adjectives the APR things and what different form of fees in that are...

So I looking to see ethnic group's opinion on the card I should apply for and why?

I'm trying to step beside the one that give me the lowest interest or at lowest possible the lowest annual payment.
