Any debit card will cost SOMETHING to process and put the $$ on near...
Go to anything store you craving to use, and purchase their internal bequest cards... that approach you avoid paying the payment, and the receiver get dollar for dollar what you rewarded for them...
credit union are the best, or a store offering card if that fail
sorry -- step to local merchants --since you are giving these as praises the stores might increase the amount if the contribution card is for their store!.
