Should I consolidated my 401K?

I own two 401K accounts next to in the order of duplicate principal and both are doing relatively capably. Is it better to consolidate to one, or maintain both for more deversification? Of course one is next to my current employer so will grow more the longer I stay here. I am wondering if have a bigger principal will front to larger growth.

Answers:
That adjectives depends on personal nouns. There is no guanantee they will grow any more simply because they are combined. You vote respectively is growing powerfully, so within is no direct root to combine them. Do the plans submit different alternatives? Are they beside different brokerage firms? If so at hand is some assistance because you are better competent to diversify.

On the other appendage, if it is becoming increasing difficult, or you are not comfortable tracking the multiple accounts and investments, consequently an argument could be made for combining them. Does your current plan allow for roll overs from a previous employer? Not all plans do.

In the run out it is a business of personal nouns. It looks approaching you enjoy some research to do first. Good luck
