1) Empty your pockets/purse of variation every darkness and put the coins in a jar. DO NOT EVER remove any coins,, but once/month or so leave the jar, put the coins in rolls, and deposit them in the bank
2) Keep a notebook of every penny you spend, and review it every week (set a specific time). You will soon find places where on earth you can cut vertebrae and pick up.
I am gruesome at abiding money. I own tried savinds accounts, checking accounts, etc.what I enjoy found works best for ME is cold dosh surrounded by a concealed location.voice 10 or 20 a week. I started it near a hundred dollar bill, and will verbs to include to it. I am using self control to forget it is even in attendance.. So far so apposite.we will see.
Eat smaller quantity. Shop smaller amount. Go into the mound every payday. Stop using credit cards or check. Cut insurance except disappearance insurance. Payoff debts.
