Bank debt plz back??

hi ive posted on moneysavexpert, but cant capture a straight answer really..no resentment 2 any1 in that.

i be within the process of claiming against halifax for ridge charges (overdraft) to my depiction.

the trouble is...i dont know what to do now, its at a standstill. i cant do anything now!

my problem is, they took money out of my other acc next to them, and own purely hounded me for the rest of the debt.

so my problem is

1. i requirement to procure them to call off the lb290 theyre hounding me for...how do i do that??

and

2. i call for to claim put a bet on the lb170 they already took.

please support how to do this.??
pplz on moneysavingexpert only said do a template notification.but presently its on hold (cos of the courts)

ppl on moeny positive ex, be supportive but its tooo confusing. my problem isnt as clear as a moment ago claiming back
